Responsibility for the success of our community is shared by everyone who lives and works here.

Many local businesses sponsor charitable events or donate goods and services to community organizations while working to be a “Good Neighbor” to the patrons whose loyalty keeps their doors open.
Good Neighbor Business award application
To recognize a few of the many businesses that partner with their communities to improve our hometowns, Representative Stephanie Kifowit is soliciting nominations for her “Good Neighbor” Business Award.

Nominees for the award must display a dedication to improving their communities. Since there are many ways a business can be a “Good Neighbor,” the criteria for nomination are simple: care about the community and be a good neighbor. Winners will be those businesses that stand out from the many qualified nominees.

Anyone can nominate a business, whether you are the organizer of a charity event, the beneficiary of a good deed or an employee who wants to recognize the efforts of your employer on behalf of a worthy cause. All nominations are welcome and may be submitted on an ongoing basis. Recipients will be formally recognized with a visit from Representative Kifowit and a certificate of appreciation for display at their business.

If you have any questions or would like to request or submit a nomination form, please contact Rep. Kifowit

via telephone at (630) 585-1308, email at Stephanie.Kifowit@att.net or deliver applications to her full-time constituent service office at 1677 Montgomery Road, Suite 116, Aurora, IL 60504.
