Requested dates for flags to be flown over the Capitol can not be guaranteed.
The flag is flown for one day. Advance notice is required of 2 weeks or more.
Individual requesting flag flown over the Capitol must purchase flag and arrange shipment to Springfield, IL. Particulars for shipping will be provided.
The size that is required are 3’5 or 4’6

A certificate and the flag will be mailed to the constituent signifying that the flag was flown over the capitol complex per the request.
